About me
I’ve worked globally, supporting tennis players exclusively, from ITF juniors to Top 100 professionals in Australia, Portugal, China, the USA and Canada. My goal has always been the same: to help athletes reach their full potential.
I combine this experience with a Sports Science degree and postgraduate Strength and Conditioning qualification to deliver training that’s both practical and evidence-based.
With a deeply love for learning, I have invested in my education, holding a Sports Science degree. Later completed a postgraduate in Strength and Conditioning.

I was born in Australia and raised in Portugal from the age of two. Growing up across the road from a tennis club, I found my passion for the sport early on, a spark that laid the foundation for everything that followed.
By 15, when a career-ending injury cut my playing journey short, it opened the door to a new purpose: helping other athletes reach their full potential through strength and conditioning.
After completing my Sports Science degree, I returned to Australia to work with professional tennis players. channelling my experience and love for the game into developing high-performance athletes.
